The Contractor will provide third-party independent functional testing of The Center for Organizational Excellence's (COE) .Net software product (Software Product). Two test runs will be executed on each module of the Software Product. Testing will based off the product's specification documents for each module. Testing does not include Section 508 testing or testing of the reports module. At the conclusion of testing the Contractor will generate a report and letter stating the results of the third-party independent functional testing.
