Third-Party Eneergy Efficiency Program
The City of Palo Alto Utilities (CPAU) seeks proposals from companies to provide third party energy efficiency programs for commercial and industrial customers, who use the majority of energy and, thus, can benefit the most from enhanced efficiency services. CPAUs current efficiency program and savings goals are separated by utility (electric, gas, and water), as well as into residential and business programs. Energy efficiency budgets total approximately $3.5 million per year.
