The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 01 August 2014- 31 July 2015 with Base year plus 2 one year options. This is a 100% Small Business acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to collect and dispose of refuse and recyclables as per the Performance Work Statement.
