Term Contract for Mulch, Sod, Pine Straw and Ground Preparation

The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to secure firm fixed pricing and establish a term contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Sod as specified herein. The term of the contract shall be for (2) two years from date of award, and by mutual agreement between the Wellington and the awardee(s), be renewable for two additional one year periods.
