Dear Sir/Madam:
The City of Hartford (the City) invites responses for Automotive Repair Services for In-Rem & Hartford Public Schools (HPS) for a one year period beginning January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2012 with the option to extend the contract as provided for in Section 2-588 of the Hartford Municipal Code.
This bid is set-aside for award to a Small Contractor in accordance with Section 2-660 of the Hartford Municipal Code and CT General Statute Section 7-148u. Respondents must be certified as a Small Contractor (SC) with the Contract Compliance Unit of the Procurement Services Unit and submit proof of such certification through a current certificate issued by Contract Compliance at the time of submittal.
