Telepsychiatry Services
To furnish and deliver Telepsychiatry services for PESS, Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services, a division of the Department of Human Services. PESS is a public community program that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is designed to meet the immediate needs of those who are having an acute mental health crisis. PESS offers crisis evaluation and intervention. The successful respondent must operate a 24-hour call center to receive requests and scheduling of telepsychiatric services.
