The Telehome, Telemedicine, Telecommunications (T3) service delivery project will use blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, weight scales, pedometers, pulse oximeters, blood clotting measures and digital spirometers to monitor health status of patients with common chronic health conditions.
The proposal will provide ROi and Mercy with pricing for the monitoring devices as well as the deployment, support, and maintenance services as described on the proposal form provided herein.
