The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals to develop a Master Plan for Tecumseh Park, a major recreation facility/park central to the community of Chatham, adjacent to the Central Business District and a Best Case end use recommendation for the Chatham Armoury. Request for Proposals sealed in an envelope clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the Purchasing Officer, Municipality of Chatham-Kent, First Floor, Civic Centre, 315 King Street West, Chatham, Ontario until 1330 h (Local Time) on Wednesday, October 26, 2005. THE MAJOR ITEMS CONSIST OF: Requirements/upgrades, programming needs and opportunities for Tecumseh Park and the Chatham Armoury from a physical layout opportunity analysis and a recreational needs/programming opportunities analysis The Municipality of Chatham-Kent reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and the lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
