THE EVESHAM REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ENGINEERING SERVICES - SPECIAL PROJECTS
Construction and contract management services for the construction of a 4,000 gallon above-ground gasoline fueling station to be located at the Authority's Elmwood Wastewater Treatment Facility including field inspection, attendance at construction meetings, shop drawing reviews and contract administration. The proposer must submit its proposed fee for providing construction and contract management for the project until the release of performance bonds. The proposer should also submit a "not-to exceed" fee for the total of all services to be provided, as described in this RFP.
2.) Construction and contract management services for the construction of the Old Marlton Pike Pumping Station, including field inspection, attendance at construction meetings, shop drawing reviews and contract administration. 3.) Construction and contract management services for the construction of three wastewater recharge basins at the site of the former Aerohaven Airport for the disposal of treated wastewater from the Authority's Kings Grant Wastewater Treatment Plant, including field inspection, attendance at construction meetings, shop drawing reviews and contract administration. The proposer must submit its proposed fee for providing construction and contract management for the project until the release of performance bonds. The proposer should also submit a "not-to exceed" fee for the total of all services to be provided, as described in this RFP.
4.) Design and permitting services for the proposed South Side Water Storage Tank, including hydraulic analysis, surveys, soils testing, preliminary design, specifications, final design and local NJDEP and Pinelands permits and approvals.
