Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials incidentals and all project related fees necessary to provide assessment, design, permitting, authorization to construct and construction of OSSF systems for the State Park in compliance with Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and in accordance with the attached Parks and Wildlife Department On- Site Sewage Facility Procedures.
