1. This is a Request for Information and not a formal solicitation for Sustainment Management of the Afghan Personnel and Pay System (APPS).
2. Please review the Performance Work Statement before submitting capability statements.
3. It is the Government's intent to identify an Afghanistan business. However, the Government encourages all interested/potential offers to submit questions/comments/capabilities.
4. The Government reserves the right to not respond to questions and comments from interested/potential offers.
