Interested in contracting with a vendor to supply various lubrication and antifreeze products and oil analysist services for the Fleet Management Dept. It is the intention of the City to establish a contract with one supplier for all of the related products and services. The main objective is to contract with a firm that can supply and deliver the specific products to Fleet Management, manage the inventories and must be able to maintain a sufficient local stock of product to meet the needs of Fleet, have the ability to deliver the product and fill Fleet service trucks at no additional charge in a timely manner.
