Supply, installation and commissioning of Fertilizer Blending Plant
SCOPE OF WORK
Deliver, install and test the Fertilizer Blending Plant Equipment and related ancillary equipment in accordance with the specifications provided. The offeror can provide alternative specifications and/or configurations of equal performance and comparable or superior quality to part or set of equipment and systems listed in the equipment specification attachment of this RFP (Attachment B). Offeror must provide sufficient explanation/justification for proposing the alternative specifications. In addition:
All materials should be made of a material suitable to withstand the corrosive environment in which it will be working. Materials and coatings of all materials should be listed in detail.
A catalogue which clearly depicts and describes fertilizer volumetric and declining weight blending equipment, systems and ancillary equipment for blendingu including technical details of the system. Requirement is to ensure manufacturer has proven record of production and product lines which fit the requirements of the Ethiopian situation.
A spare parts list should be compiled, itemized and included.
DELIVARABLES :
Deliverable 1 - Delivery of equipment to Becho Woliso, Tulu Bolo, Oromia, Ethiopia by January 13, 2014
Deliverable 2 - Installation, testing and commissioning of equipment at site- By February 28, 2014
Offerors should include specific manufacturing and delivery time details according to the deadlines indicated above.
