The County Public Schools is seeking proposals from providers of a comprehensive business solution for the effective delivery of substitute teacher services district wide. The selected firm will recruit, interview, select, train, hire and deploy its employees serving as substitutes to cover absences or vacancies. The firm will also provide a technology system for recording, maintaining and reconciling invoices generated by the substitute coverage.
