Stormwater Management Plan Preparation
The City is soliciting Requests for Proposals from firms with experience pertaining to the Georgia General National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Permit for stormwater discharges associated with small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (Phase II MS4) and other relevant experience to prepare a Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) per Part 4 of the Draft Phase II MS4 which is included in the appendices for reference. The selected firm will need to show experience in developing SWMP implementation plans including staffing and cost requirements. The focus of this project will be the completion of a SWMP and an Implementation Evaluation that considers staffing, consultant, and any other anticipated costs or permit activities.
