Stormwater Management Improvements
The project is generally described replacement and day lighting of existing parking area trench drains and construction of a new Bioretention Basin. Construction work includes selective site demolition and clearing, erosion and sediment control, site grading, replacement of parking area trench drains, outfall pipes, stone veneer endwalls, drainage channels, small dry-staked stone walls, Bioretention Basin, landscape plantings, and seeding.
