Stormwater Maintenance
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
Remove existing cross-tie walls and construct new replacement structures on the subject property. An existing
storm sewer line shall be extended to allow for future maintenance into the stormwater management facility.
An additional reinforced earth structure will be constructed to allow for vehicular maintenance. The
homeowner's driveway shall be resurfaced in the specified area with stone, per owner and city approval.
Drainage improvements, erosion and sediment control, utility repairs, landscaping, etc. shall be provided, per
approved construction plans.
