Stormwater Improvement Project
The City is soliciting sealed bids from financially stable, qualified Service Providers who are interested in entering into a Contract to construct improvements to alleviate flooding problems. In brief, the Work shall include, but not be limited to, installation of new 30- and 60-inch diameter reinforced concrete storm drain pipe and associated appurtenances via open-cut trenching methods within the City's Right-of-Way, the abandonment of the existing 72-inch diameter storm drain within the Project area, replacement of the adjacent sanitary sewers and appurtenances within the Project area, removal of dead trees and woody debris, land grading and aesthetic contouring, installation of a new open stream channel to convey stormwater flows, providing continuous access to all driveways and buildings within the Project area, and clean up and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the Project.
