Storage Tank
Construction of the Elevated 2 MG Storage Tank The specific items included in the work
are:
1. Furnish, erect, and maintain erosion and sediment control measures.
2. Clearing, and grubbing project site including the demolition of an existing house, shed and wooded
site.
3. Furnish and erect an elevated water storage tank at the location including all interior pipe, fittings,
valves and appurtenances.
4. Furnish and install approximately 256 L.F. of 20-inch diameter ductile iron waterline.
5. Furnish and install approximately 149 L.F. of 18-inch diameter ductile iron waterline and drain
pipe.
6. Furnish and install approximately 1513 S.Y. of asphalt pavement.
7. Furnish and install approximately 860 L.F. of 8 foot chain link security fencing.
8. Clean-up, fine grade, landscape, seed and mulch the project site.
9. Furnish, install, and test 12-inch diameter supplemental valve, and appurtenances.
10. Integrate and test into existing SCADA system.
11. Demolish 0.25 MG elevated storage tank, and 0.75 ground storage tank and associated yard piping.
12. Remove all erosion and sediment control measures.
13. Perform an 11-month post construction warranty inspection.
