Statewide Waste Characterization Study
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified service providers to conduct municipal solid waste (MSW) sorts at nine (9) identified in-state permitted solid waste facilities, analyzing sort data and preparing a statewide waste characterization report. This study shall be designed to estimate the composition of MSW from residential and Industrial/Commercial/Institutional generators disposed of or transferred through permitted solid waste management facilities.
