The State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms experienced in all phases of the preparation of a Program Environmental Impact Report for public parks.
The selected firm (Contractor) shall provide Environmental Planning Professional Services to research, prepare and provide a certified Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the Roads and Trails Change-in-Use Program (Program)
within California State Parks.
