Statewide Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Management Software (SIMS) Project
Provide the Iowa DOT with an integrated, statewide Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) software solution, as part of an Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), for controlling current and planned ITS deployments in Des Moines, Iowa City, the Quad Cities, Council Bluffs, and Sioux City. The solution shall be capable of expanding to provide control of future ITS deployments within the State.
