Standardized Programming Practices Services
It is the purpose of this request for proposal, to standardize the operating systems of all the
buildings, to serve as a recommendation for retro-commissioning existing buildings, and to
provide a basis for design of proposed new buildings. The technology and sequences offered are to provide optimum energy and water efficiency as well as comfort to the occupants of the
building while serving all the needs for the various activities in the buildings.
