The Institute is soliciting technical, scientific, and general staff augmentation and consulting services to assist The Institute with anticipated scientific and engineering research projects. Professional services are likely to be required for a number of anticipated projects that may include: Developing, housing, and progressing modelsy Conducting science and engineering studies and developing engineering and scientific tools and solutions for the establishment of resilient communities and coastal habitatsy Forming independent science advisory committees and rendering recommendations, and performing independent evaluations and peer reviewsy Planning, developing, and testing feasibility studies and modelsy Developing tools and systems for data management, developing standards and protocols to ensure data quality, and monitoring of datay Project management, information technology, and facilities management.
