Spreading Services for Deicing Chemicals & Abrasives
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Purchase Bureau, Division of Purchase and Property, Department of the Treasury on behalf of the Department of Transportation. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals for the open regions of the State requiring Spreading Services for deicing chemicals and abrasives, statewide for a period of two (2) years, commencing on November 1, 2011 and ending on October 31, 2013.
