Special Education Due Process Court Reporting Services
It is the intent of the State to solicit proposals to provide court reporting services for all due process hearings conducted by contracted special education hearing officers and, at the request of the hearing officer, to transcribe pre-hearing conferences as required. The State is seeking qualified court reporters or court reporting firms to be located across the state.
