The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey posted a requirement for Custodial Janitorial Services at the Scranton U.S. Armed Forces Reserve Center, 3401 Olyphant Avenue, Scranton, PA 18509, to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the 99th Regional Support Command.
The Government has determined that the above requirement is currently being fulfilled by a non-profit contractor under the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled, or AbilityOne Commission program and therefore, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.002, the incumbent contractor, Allied Health Care Services, will be issued a direct, sole source solicitation which will resort in a contract for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
