The City of Durham will open sealed bids at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the General Services Department, 2011 Fay Street, Durham, NC 27704 for the Solid Waste Water Infiltration repair project.
Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Solid Waste Department, 1833 Camden Avenue, Durham, NC 27704.
Plans and specifications may be obtained from Gurlitz
Architectural Group, PA, weekdays, except holidays, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM upon receipt of a $50.00 deposit per set. ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO Gurlitz Architectural Group, PA.
Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals are MSDBE 20% and WSDBE 4%.
Each bidder must show evidence that they are licensed under Chapter 87 of the N.C. General Statutes. Bid, performance, and payment bonds are required. All bids must include a noncollusion
affidavit.
The City Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
