Solicitation No. RK-65R, Design-Build Services for the TBTA Central Maintenance North Facility on Randall's Island
The Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA) is seeking Expressions of Interest for the above-mentioned solicitation, at its office, 2 Broadway, 24th floor, New York, NY 10004. The selected Contractor will provide design/build services for the construction of a new 30,000 SF, long-span, pre-fabricated maintenance facility on Randall's Island to house Central Maintenance North Facility (CMNF), including offices, storage areas, bridge maintenance staff work areas and parking. The work includes industrial engineering for the machinery and equipment, building engineering, architecture and all building trades necessary to design and construct a new pre-fabricated building. The design-construction cost range for this project is $10-20 million. Estimated duration from award to Substantial Completion is 22 months. The MBE/WBE goals for this Contract are to be determined.
