The contractor shall determine the optimum solar PV array size for PPPL based on historical meter data, applicable tariffs, the suns angle of declination, available rooftop space, and proposed solar PV array specifications. The Governments preliminary calculations show the solar PV array size will be in the range of 1 MW (a minimum array size of 400 kW has been specified for Line Item 34-1000 D-Site Roof, and a minimum array size of 600 kW has been specified for Line Item 34-2000 Parking Lot Structure).
