The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for snow removal services at Charles N DeGlopper USARC, Tonawanda, NY. The period of performance is a base year and four option periods. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. A combined synopsis solicitation will be posed as a separate attachment. Quotes will be due 24 July 2014 at 2 PM (EST).
