Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, services and all other incidentals required for sludge removal, disposal and transportation services at all city facilities. Additionally, city is accepting bids for sludge dewatering services including operations and maintenance of centrifuge equipment owned by the city.
