Site Renovations
This project consists of, but is not limited to: building demolition, removal of existing building pads, capping and removal of utilities, excavation and embankment, aggregate base, drain pipe and drainage aggregates, storm drain system including a 36” storm water line and outfall into Creek, asphalt concrete pavement, concrete driveways, crosswalks, sidewalks and curb, 12” potable water system, permeable concrete pavers, permanent pavement markings, traffic signal removal and installation, signs, street and pedestrian lighting, electrical, water fountains and water features, concrete paver hardscape, landscape and irrigation, site furnishings, play structure and accessible surfacing, monument sign, and miscellaneous items.
