The Township of Montclair requests proposals from environmental consultants who have the professional skills required to conduct a Site Investigation as outlined in the Site Investigation Work Plan approved by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. This Site Investigation is grant-funded through the NJ Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund (HDSRF) program.
