Notice is herby given that Riverside, the Farnsley-Moremen Landing, Inc., (Riverside) is soliciting a written submission of qualifications and a statement of approach from consulting firms to provide a site development plan for Riverside in Louisville, Kentucky. Riverside, the Farnsley-Moremen Landing, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, organized to support the operations of this historic public property in partnership with Louisville Metro Parks.
Riverside is a nearly 300-acre historic site located approximately thirteen miles downriver from downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The centerpiece of Riverside is the Farnsley-Moremen House (built circa 1837), a restored 19th century farmhouse.
