This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the takeover of a seven (7) unit affordable housing project. The project was partially rehabilitated in 2004 and 2009. It consists of seven (7) two bedroom units. All units are to remain affordable to eligible households for a minimum period of thirty (30) years from December 2004.
