Services in the discipline of architecture McCarty 3rd Floor Renovations (Univ. Florida - Main Campus)
The project consists of the renovation of McCarty A, 3rd Floor, for laboratory, laboratory support, offices, and office support functions. It is approximately 14,300 square feet of space in need of a full HVAC and code compliance upgrade.
The project will be delivered using the Construction Manager At-Risk method (and construction shall be "fast-tracked" to begin by 9/15/2011. LEED CI (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by the U.S. Green Building Council is mandatory.
