Services Related to Developing, Constructing, Operating, Maintaining, and Managing University Apartments
The University desires to obtain written proposals from qualified firms to develop, operate, maintain and manage University apartments at the University of Iowa. The objective of the University in requesting proposals is to acquire the services of reputable and proven development team (hereafter, Developer) with a demonstrated ability to provide services for the development, operation, maintenance and management of University apartments in an efficient and professional manner.
