Service of Process- Legal Documents
The Office is seeking a vendor(s) to serve and process legal documents upon individuals, registered agents and/or organizations located anywhere in the State of Texas. This may include preparation of document for service on an occasional basis. The primary goal of the OAG is to have as many legal documents that require service be successfully served at least 21 calendar days after receipt of the service documents.
