Service of Legal Process
The City and County of Denver (the City) through this Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking
qualified, responsive proposers who can provide Service of Legal Process for several Departments.
The City is seeking experienced proposers who are able to provide the City with the best services
possible. Qualified proposers will have the ability to be flexible, follow directions, and are detail
oriented.
Process Service procedures and needs may vary greatly from agency to agency, and even within
an agency. The successful proposer(s), if awarded more than one agency, must have the ability to
provide individualized service to each agency without compromising service to any other
agency.
In some cases the services required have extremely critical time frames. It is not unusual for
some agencies to need same day service or service within a couple of hours after receipt of the
request, for special cases.
Statistical Information:
It is estimated that between 1500 2000 papers will be issued on a monthly basis. This number
may increase in 2010 or 2011.
