Service Buildings - Upgrade Central Plant
The University at Albany, Office of Architecture, Engineering & Construction Management is issuing a Request for Qualifications for a professional design consultant to provide design and construction administration services for the "Service Buildings - Upgrade Central Plant" project. The design service disciplines anticipated to be provided by the consultant are as followsx Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural, Structural and Abatement. The project shall include program through construction phases.
A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be forwarded to all interested firms that request it. Requests must be in writing and mailed, faxed or emailed to the contact listed below. A pre-submission site visit will be held January 4, 2012 at 2:00PM and we will meet in the Bldg. 25 first floor lobby and walk to the site from there.
