Sealed Tickets for Charitable Games
The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals for sealed tickets authorized pursuant to Connecticut
General Statute Section 7-169h.
Vendors submitting proposals must belong to the National Association of Fundraising Ticket
Manufacturers (NAFTM), and all tickets manufactured for the State shall be manufactured
so as to meet or exceed the North American Gaming Regulators Association Standards on Pull-Tabs
and provisions of the Divisions Administrative Regulations, Distribution and Sale of Sealed Tickets
(attached).
