Scuba Instruction
Physical Education Department is seeking a contractor to administer and teach a full SCUBA curriculum for the school year 2010-2011. Interested parties must meet the following minimums and submit a cover letter and/or document detailing how you will meet these minimums by Friday, July 23, 2010.
MINIMUM SCOPE OF SERVICES
. Experience teaching the full SCUBA curriculum at the university level with an understanding of university grading and evaluation processes
. Lead instructor must be PADI Course Director rating or equivalent
. PADI insurance coverage in an amount not less than $2,000,000
. Per student course fee that will attract adequate student enrollment
. Ability to teach SCUBA courses during times/days allotted by the PE department
. Teach within the policies and procedures of the UO PE department Operating Manual
. Provide all SCUBA gear for class use �" (cannot be stored at UO pool facility)
. Guaranteed ability to meet every class scheduled
