The Department is requesting proposals for the execution, planning and training of School Meals Initiative requirements and Summer Meals Program compliance reviews. The successful bidder will create the procedures for specifically conducting a School Meal Initiative (SMI) Nutrient Analysis, will conduct at least 6 SMIs during the 2009 summer months and conduct at least 6 USDA Summer Reviews.
