SECONDARY PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS DESIGN

The Bureau is seeking proposals from engineering firms with demonstrated experience in designing wastewater treatment plant related processes and facilities. This project will produce the design for the construction of facilities that will improve the settling properties of the mixed liquor and reduce solids loading to the secondary clarifiers. The facilities to be designed will focus on improving the performance of the secondary treatment process to consistently achieve SVI level of 200 mL/g or less, for design flowrate of 100 mgd (million gallons per day).
