SAP Utility Customer E-Services (UCES) Enhancements
The City is requesting proposals from SAP Consultant Services to perform enhancements to the Utilities Department's Utilities Customer Electronic Service (UCES) web application/portal. UCES provides customers with online access to utilities billing information and includes the ability to view and pay monthly invoices.
