The Language, Literacy and Learning Initiative (L3) is a USAID-funded 5.5-year project implemented by the Education Development Center (EDC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MINEDUC). One of the major goals of L3 is to improve reading skills in P1 to P4. Organizations submitting quotations in response to this Request for Quotations (RFQ) have no relationship with USAID under the terms of this RFQ or any resultant contract. All communications regarding this RFQ must be directed to EDC. This procurement is open to offers from organizations which are incorporated or legally organized under the laws of any country which is not sanctioned by the US Government. Offers from organizations which are incorporated or legally organized under laws of the any country which is sanctioned by the US Government shall not be considered. In addition, organizations must have currently active registration in Rwanda, demonstrating that the organization can legally operate in Rwanda. Interested offerors must obtain a full copy of the Request for Quotation from Education Development Center, Inc. Copies can obtained in person at Prester House, Blvd de L'Umuganda Kimihurura/ Gasabo District between 08am to 5:30pm Rwanda local time starting on March 10, 2014 or via email by sending a message to [email protected]. Deadline for submitting a quotation in response to the RFQ is March 21th, 2014 at 5pm Rwanda local time.
