Roof Replacement
The structure for the main building roof consists of gypsum plank panels sloped towards the gutter system. The roof is supported by purlins and beam system. There are two roof systems currently installed at the main building roof. The first layer consists of base sheet, 1/2" perlite, 1" polyisocyanurate insulation and 3-ply asphalt built-up roof system.
