Roof Repair
Repair an approximate 10 x 10 area of a flat roof atop a 3 story building. Roof in need of repair was underneath a cooling tower. Cooling tower has been removed. The steel decking of the roof is in need of repair. There is a roof drain in the area that will need to be incorporated into the repair. Rubber roofing in this area will need repair and/or replaced. Project to be completed by 5/28/10.
Contractor must review the damaged roof prior to 04/21/2010.
