Rivergate Boat Ramp Dock Renovations

The City solicits proposals from qualified individuals, firms, and legal entities relative to the Boat Ramp Dock Renovation project.
It is the intent of the City to procure the design and construction services of a qualified Contractor to reconstruct the finger piers at the Memorial Park boat ramps. The Contractor shall provide all design, permitting, labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and dispose of the exiting piers and reconstruct the new piers including a bench and shadow type roof on the west pier. Typical turbidity control shall also be provided by the Contractor. The Contractors shall provide, with the submittal package, verification that they have been engaged in commercial and/or residential dock construction for a minimum of two (2) years and that they are licensed in the State of Florida as a Contractor.
NOTE: The City may not accept proposals from firms, that have had adversarial relationships with the City or firms that have represented entities that have had adversarial relationships with the City. This includes the firm, employees and financial or legal interests.
